mEET Haley Chambers
Haley Chambers, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), is dedicated to providing you with compassionate support through life's transitions. If you're navigating anxiety, managing depression, or seeking to cultivate a healthier relationship with your body, you're in the right place.
Haley uses an integrated approach using Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Parts Work to carefully curate your unique, client-centred care plan specific to your needs.

Individual Therapy
With her creative background and curiosity about each person's unique life story, Haley Chambers carefully curates a safe and supportive space. After your free, 15-minute consultation, we will continue to meet in the virtual space, starting with a 75-minute intake session, followed by regular 55-minute sessions. Haley will be there to help you navigate life's challenges, enhance your mental well-being, and achieve your personal goals.
Monthly Mindful Meetup
Our next monthy meet-up will be for birthing people who are navigating the pressures, complexities, and feelings of being a human who can house a human!
These sessions provide a safe space to share what feels comfortable, meet, breathe, and observe our personal and unique experiences, hopes, and stories with our bodies.
Through guided meditations, we will cultivate self-compassion and create non-judgemental space for our hopes for what our bodies cannot, can, have, haven't, or we don’t intend for them to do.
Together, we'll create a nurturing environment to support wherever we are in our lives and envision the story of our reproductive journeys.
